EMT’s N Paramedics r de onez dat save ur ass when u get on ur high moral horse and get shot….dhey save ur lives….derfore dey is above cops/troopers….u can clearly hear de patient needing help n dhey sit there yelling at the emt/chocking dhem for what??? u dont do dat to….das jus cruel….

The EMT wasn’t arrested in this case.
The Ambulance was on an emergency. Lights and sirens are used to get exemptions from traffic laws if the EMT decides it’s best.. The EMT wasn’t running them due to the patient’s heart condition. This is Standard Practice. They still have to obey traffic laws and they did obey them. The Cop was mad because he thought the Driver made a hand gesture.

it isnt clear why the emt was arrested, he didnt start recording until after they were pulled over and they were out talking to the police. IT IS obviouse that it was NOT an emergency transport or else the ambulance lights would have been on and they wouldn’t have been pulled over.
but in my expierence, the police are mostly dick heads with a god complex and abuse there authority all the time, just look up (police brutality) on this site,
I a white boy from Texas. And this would never happen here. Black or White or anything. Oklahoma is a bunch of do nothing idiots that hand out badges like candy. Im glad this/these officers got to see themselves on camera acting like a bunch of chicks.
17 and i am in crinimal Justice, and theres two courts civil and crinimal, Civil is people vs. people & People vs. the county/gov. and the Crinimal is charging crimes and etc… yeah sooo idk why trtliff96 is all like my dad’s a police officer and i get police dont have time for shoving and etc but u can only dish out the same amount of resitance until you have control but u cant hold the suspect by his neck for long… only till u have control
@badmotha98520 yea thats true but when the cops pull over the ambulance in route to the hospital with someone in it that you love with all your heart holding on for their life and its all over some pass of right of way for the cops then maybe you would think different

first off its a racial thing, this is an emergency vehicle en route to the hospital, in no way this so called officer/s had any right to pull over this ambulance. Either that or or provide and escort to the medical facility. I hope these officers lose (lost) theor jobs cause if they didnt this is a total travisty of justice, it is clearly evidant that the ambulance was following every protocol to reach the hospital.

How old are you? I don’t believe you are thinking about what is actually happening to others. This happened to innocent people including family of other police.
well personally i would have put handcuff on him… and my dad is a police officer also but if he did something like that he would have been fired since the cop could have taken him down and put cuff on him and then talked to him but the EMT does have a right to go fast becuase if the paitent dies in the ambulance when the EMT driving the speed limit the family can sue the county or state for unwrongful death…
@smiletoyourmom for one my dads is a police officer and lets say some one elbows you and you gonna take it so the police officer choked him out to keep him from harming other just cause he is an emt doesn’t mean he can just get what he wants and by that cps are not bad you just think they are because if you broke the law you get what you deserve if your going 71 in a 70 your breaking the law so get over they protect you and others so if you get a ticket you were possible of harming others……

Don’t be an ass. We pay cops to do their job with our tax dollars. I am sure you would be like fuck the police too if your family member was in that ambulance stroking out. If my sister got shot, the cops would do what THEY thought necessary nothing more. So in this case I would be like fuck the police EITHER WAY!!!!!!!!! SO, grow up a few years and think about your post before you post it. ASS!!!
